NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the procurement of 3% Synthetic Fluorine-Free Foam (SFFF) in accordance with
Annex –Line-Item Details.

This requirement will be for the period from the effective date of the Standing Offer for one (1) year, with the provision to extend the offer for an additional four (4) periods of one (1)
year.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
