Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit (the “Ministry” or “MOTT”) plans transportation networks, provides transportation services and infrastructure, develops and implements transportation policies, and administers many related acts and regulations as well as federal-provincial funding programs.

Transportation Investment Corporation (“TI Corp”) is a provincial crown corporation that has a mandate to deliver over $13 billion in major infrastructure on behalf of the Ministry, which includes:
• Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project
• Broadway Subway Project
• Highway 99 Tunnel Program, which includes the Fraser River Tunnel Project, Steveston Interchange Project, and Highway 99 Corridor Improvements
• Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project

The Ministry is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents for Independent Environmental Monitor (IEM) Services for the Fraser River Tunnel Project.
