Description

The Board of Education of School District No.33 (Chilliwack) (hereafter “the District”) requests proposals from entities to provide employee and family assistance program (EFAP) services. These services are intended to augment the District’s existing registered counseling services as available in employee extended health benefit plans.

The Proponent will be required to provide comprehensive employee and family assistance services for employees and/or their immediate families, including confidential assessments, short-term counseling services and referrals. It is the preference of the District to have an EFAP provider capable of also providing proactive mental health resources and training that can be available on demand or as scheduled within an additional fee structure.
