Description

Levelling pavers in areas showing settlement.
Replacing damaged and deteriorated pavers.
Repairing or replacing concrete bands.
Repairing precast elements such as the concrete walls and steps (concrete patch repairs).
Repairing and cleaning drains and replacing damaged grates
Cafeteria Lower Terrace and West Promenade: Remove and replace all pavers, including granular base, and salvage
pavers in good condition to replace damaged pavers at other terraces. At West Promenade, the block pattern may allow
for partial reinstallation of salvaged pavers.
Cafeteria Lower Terrace: Repair and replace elements that form part of the terraces, such as the edging, retaining walls,
and access steps and ramps to the terraces.
West Promenade: Install a retaining wall at grade to reinforce pavement assembly from settlement. Step to meet
Universal Accessibility standards
