Description

Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of: The scope of work consists of 1.3 kilometers of Neighbourhood Bikeway facilities including:

• Multi paths;
• Shared road features;
• Markings and signage; and
• Storm and electrical works.

The project connects Houghton Active Transportation Corridor from McIntosh Road and Rutland Road, continuing to Mugford, Laurel, Hardie, Dodd, and Rutland Arena to Solly Court.

Substantial Performance for all Work is to be achieved no later than May 31, 2026.
