Description

This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100029227 dated June 13th, 2025 with a closing of July 10th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m (EDT). This document replaces the previous version entirely. A debriefing had been provided upon request to bidder who bidden on the previous solicitation under virtual delivery of Commercially Available IT Training Services (CAITTS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply PWGSC File No. E60ZH-140001 (CW2273064).

Objective

• This bid solicitation is being issued to obtain the services from one (1) Contractor for the virtual delivery of Training Services in Microsoft Project Professional (MS Project Professional).

• This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In accordance with the requirements for conditionally set aside procurements of the PSIB, if there are two (2) or more responsive bids with a valid Indigenous Business Certification, only those responsive bids will be eligible to be awarded a contract; otherwise, all responsive bids will be eligible. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.

• The requirement is subject to the provisions of Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA); Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA); Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA); Canada-Honduras Free-Trade Agreement and Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

• It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

• There is no security requirements associate to this solicitation.

Proposed period of contract: The proposed contract term will be from the date of award of the contract to March 31st, 2026, plus the irrevocable option to extend the contract term for up to three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each under the same conditions.
