Description

The Municipality of Huron Shores invites tenders for Cleaning/Caretaker Services in various locations for the contract period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.

Facilities and Frequency
• Municipal Office – Twice weekly (mid-week and weekend), plus monthly, semi-annual, and annual deep cleaning.
• Library – Twice weekly, plus monthly, semi-annual, and annual deep cleaning.
• Public Works Garages (Little Rapids & Iron Bridge) – Monthly.
• Fire Halls (Little Rapids & Iron Bridge) – Monthly.
• Fire Department Office (Little Rapids) – Monthly plus annual deep cleaning.
• Community Centre & Gazebo (Thessalon Twp.) – As required before/after rentals.
