Description

The City of Medicine Hat (“the City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish agreements with one or more qualified suppliers capable of providing IT professional services on an “as required” basis over the term of the contract. The Operational Technology and Systems Intelligence unit of the IT department requires access to experienced vendor agnostic suppliers who can deliver a range of IT services to enhance infrastructure, ensure security, and maintain optimal performance. The City is seeking proposals from suppliers with demonstrated expertise in the following categories: OT Infrastructure Services, System Integration Services and Consulting Services.
