Description

Replacement of existing cooling tower, including associated piping and components, and electrical connections as required to match the existing chiller with a closed basin and equipped with VFDs. The project is based on Option 3 identified in Appendix-D4 - BGIS completed Cooling System Study and Building Condition Report GOC4747710. Control system should be updated as required to be compatible with new cooling tower. The consultant shall conduct a comprehensive site investigation and design to comply with all applicable codes and regulation.

Target Project Completion Date February 26, 2027.
