Description

Under this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") the City of Vancouver ("City") and the Board of Parks and Recreation ("Park Board") is seeking bids from contractors with expertise in marine/freshwater structures construction services to repair the Kerr Street Pier and Boardwalk, Gladstone Pier and Log Booms

Note that there will be two site meetings starting at 9 AM on Friday October 3, 2025 for this project.
The first site meeting will be at Gladstone Pier in Gladstone Park, at 2500 East Kent Avenue South in Vancouver commencing at 9 AM on October 3, 2025, duration approximately 45 minutes. The second site meeting will commence after the first one has finished, at Kerr Street Pier, located in Riverfront Park, 2750 Kent Avenue South, tentative start time is 10 AM on October 3, 2025, duration approximately 45 minutes.
