Description

Link Nova Scotia is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to serve as a trusted technical advisor and to provide a full range of transportation planning and engineering support services. These services will support implementation of the Regional Transportation Plan as well as short-term initiatives aimed at managing congestion and improving mobility across the region. Assignments may include: strategic planning, transportation and technical studies, jurisdictional scans and policy advice, concept to detailed design development, procurement and contract support, and project evaluation, delivered on an as-needed basis. The level of effort and hours will be negotiated per assignment, depending on project-specific requirements. The successful proponent will enter into a one (1) year contract, with the option to renew for up to two additional one (1) year extensions, at the discretion of Link Nova Scotia. Link Nova Scotia also reserves the right to issue separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) where appropriate, including for larger or more specialized assignments, or where it may be advantageous to do so.
