The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Borden requires the supply and delivery of Parachute Instructors and Parachute Cameramen for various training events on a as needed and requested basis (Task Authorization)- RFP includes 1 firm year and 2, 1 year option years.

Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-10-24 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
