Description

The intent of this RFI is to identify one or more Proponent(s) to provide detailed responses for the provision and implementation of a robust Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) forecasting tool to enhance ATB"s ability to proactively manage its future workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and strategically align talent with evolving business objectives. The tool will provide predictive modeling capabilities to support informed decision-making regarding talent acquisition, development, and redeployment across the organization. Please note that due to our Trade Agreement obligations as a Crown Corporation, we are unable to proceed with purchasing directly from this RFI. Should ATB Financial choose to move forward with purchasing a new tool, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to APC.
