Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Cegid Inc. for the period ending October 1, 2026 for the following service:

1) Cegid Applicant Tracking Annual Software Subscription with an anticipated total value of $64,923.41 plus tax.

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
1. The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software;
2. Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors;
3. The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources
