Foundry Central Office at Providence Health Care (PHC) is seeking a qualified and innovative technology solutions provider to deliver a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that will become
Toolbox Reimagined (TBR)—a solution designed to support clinical and non-clinical decision making and service delivery, data collection, and Measurement-Based Care (MBC) across all Foundry
centres, including Foundry Virtual BC. This initiative aims to unify workflows, integrate seamlessly with the Foundry BC Platform (FBCP), and support consistent, youth-centred care throughout
the province. The ideal partner will demonstrate expertise in scalable platform deployment, API integration, and user experience design. This RFP outlines our requirements and invites proposals
from Canadian vendors capable of delivering a flexible, secure, and youth-centred solution that aligns with Foundry’s vision to transform access to integrated services for young people and
their families across British Columbia.
This engagement is critical to ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of digital services to youth and families across British Columbia.
