Lac La Biche County (the "County") is inviting innovative proposals from qualified organizations and individuals ("Proponents") for the establishment and operation of new licensed childcare services within the County. The primary goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify viable, high-quality, and sustainable childcare models that will increase the number of available licensed daycare and out-of-school care spaces for local families. The County is seeking partners who can deliver services that address the community"s needs while demonstrating efficiency and long-term operational success. This RFP is an exploratory step to identify potential partners and models. Following the evaluation of submissions, the County may engage with one or more selected Proponents to further refine proposals for future consideration by County Council.
