• RFB to seek submissions to become Vendors of Record for the provision of third-party audit services to conduct compliance audits on clients of the Authorized Requester Program for the Ministry of Transportation.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry of Transportation requires external auditors to conduct annual compliance audits on clients of the Authorized Requester Program.
  
  External audits are required to provide independent assurance regarding compliance with the articles of the Authorized Requester Agreement in order to satisfy the Ministry’s responsibilities for oversight and safeguarding of Licensed Information shared with Authorized Requesters.
  
  The audits are conducted at the office locations of the Authorized Requesters. These locations are primarily in Ontario but may be located in other jurisdictions
  
  The term of the Vendor of Record Agreement will be for one (1) year, with the three (3) options to extend for an additional one (1) year each.
• Information Session Date and Time optional (voluntary) via Microsoft Teams.
  Date: Thursday, September 18, 2025
  Time: 1:00 p.m. (Toronto time)
  
  The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements, as set out in the RFB. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.
  
  Interested Bidders are asked to register via email with the RFB Contact May Liu no later than 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on September 17, 2025.
