Description

UFV is looking to create two categories of pre-qualified Architectural Service Suppliers who are prepared to tender services as and when required by UFV. It is anticipated that UFV will have many types of projects throughout the proposed term of the contract executed with roster proponents including, but not limited to interior renovations, tenant improvements, exterior and grounds improvements, condition assessments, feasibility studies, capital planning works, and others as identified and prioritized by UFV management. In order to expedite service responses and ensure quality standards will be met, UFV intends to prequalify Architectural Service Suppliers to be hired on an “as, if and when” required basis.
