Event Note

MERX Site Visit Note - All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Proponent’s Bid

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
