Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified supplier to design, fabricate, supply, and deliver steel street lighting poles and parts on an as required basis. The City intends to enter into agreements with up to two (2) proponents for the provision of the Deliverables. The highest-ranked proponent will be awarded approximately sixty percent (60%) of the scope of work under this RFP, while the second-ranked proponent will be awarded approximately forty percent (40%). The City reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part, or to delete any portion of the work when deemed in the best interest of the City. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) year and may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) years each time on the same terms and conditions for a potential total term length of eight (8) years
