Description

• Supply Ontario (SO) is looking to establishing a multi-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (EVOR) arrangement for the delivery of Human Resources Services to support both OPS and Non-OPS Clients. This arrangement will enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality human resources service delivery across Ontario.
• Scope of Work
  The Human Resources Services Enterprise Vendor of Record (EVOR) aims to provide services across three (3) comprehensive Service Categories:
  1. Service Category 1 – Human Resources Management Services;
  2. Service Category 2 – Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Services; and,
  3. Service Category 3 – Talent, Performance, and Engagement Management Services.
  
  Each Service Category includes multiple Topic Areas that reflect Client requirements for human resources services.
  
  Bidders may respond to one, multiple, and/or all Topic Areas based on their experience and expertise.
  
  This VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis to Non-OPS entities.
• September XX, 2025 at 13:00 EST. (Toronto time) via Microsoft Teams.
  
  Bidders are required to submit the names and emails of all attendees via the OTP e-tendering messaging system no later than September XX, 2025 at 23:59:59 EST (Toronto time).
  
  Meeting invites will be sent to registered Bidder personnel exclusively.
