To: Construction Management (CM) and General Contractor (GC) Companies (pre-qualified for both CM and GC) prequalified by Fraser Health for Acute Care Projects greater than $5M.


Fraser Health is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services for the C615-00 Surrey Memorial Hospital Dishroom Renovation project.

Surrey Memorial Hospital – Dishroom

• Replacement of Scrapping Table (Stripping Table)
• Replacement of existing ware washer with flight conveyer and addition of one net new wear washer with flight conveyor
• Rebuilt pot wash area
• Rebuild Cart wash area and add automatic detergent sprayer
• Installation of Grease Trap interceptors per municipal guidelines
• Replacement of floors with anti slip coating, to address puddling and leaking issues
• Address plumbing, ventilation and electrical concern
• Replace walls as required
• Add automation for cutlery sorting, wrapping and automation for the car washer
