Description

Bow Valley College is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to establish multiple contracts for the purchase of small run, short delivery time, custom graphic promotional items, and for the purchase of large run, longer delivery time, and custom graphic design promotional items. The promotional items will be used College wide by various departments, and student groups. Orders will be placed with the awarded proponent(s) on an as needed basis through the year through the campus processes and will be shipped or delivered to the College’s central receiving department. Graphic /colour decisions will be made by the requesting College department or group and must be produced in strict compliance with the College’s Supplier Code of Conduct and Brand Guidelines. Anything outside of the Brand Guidelines must have authorization from the Marketing department prior to purchase order and production.
