The Government of Alberta is issuing this Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) for the provision of Bulk Communication Services, including bulk email, SMS, MMS, RCS, and automated voice calling. The purpose of this NRFP is to identify a qualified Proponent or Proponent Team that can deliver a se-cure, scalable, and high-performance communication platform to support outbound messaging and citizen engagement needs across government ministries and departments.
