Through this RFSQ, BCLC seeks to identify and engage highly experienced and specialized industry leading advisors who can support the sustainment and development of iGaming, brick-and-mortar casino, sports betting, and lottery operations. Advisors will be considered for engagements in gaming operations strategy, regulatory compliance, business planning, and operational optimization. BCLC aims to enhance its operational agility and player experience by leveraging industry experts on an as-required and as-requested basis.

Advisors with demonstratable specialized and practical expertise in gaming operations may respond to one, multiple, or all of the following categories:

Category 1: iGaming Operations,
Category 2: Brick-and-Mortar Casino Operations,
Category 3: Sports Betting Operations, and
Category 4: Brick-and-Mortar Lottery Operations.

All respondents who successfully meet the minimum thresholds set out in the evaluation criteria will be invited to enter into an agreement for inclusion on the roster.
