Description

The City of Delta is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide preventative maintenance (PM) services to the City’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

The work generally includes the provision of routine PM services on a quarterly, semiannual and annual basis as well as emergency repairs and service on HVAC systems at locations throughout Delta, BC. Generally, maintenance is performed quarterly (minor service in January and July) with seasonal changeover (major service) performed in October and April). A number of the locations incorporate direct digital control systems (DDC). DDC systems and equipment is not included in the scope of this contract. The successful contractor may be expected to coordinate service with the City of Delta’s preferred DDC contractor
