Description

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide an Energy Dashboard using incorporated data and data synthetically generated by the successful candidate. The goal of the Energy Poverty Edmonton project is to create a Dashboard that contains a city-wide energy poverty map which shows where affordability challenges are most severe. The College believes there are significant efficiencies and cost savings that can be achieved within the scope of the Services it is seeking in this RFP.
