Description

The purpose of this Prequalification is to establish a list of licensed general contractors to serve as design-builders who are specialized in Office Build-Out, Warehouse Build-Out and Horizontal Additions to an existing building. These contractors will be responsible for managing the design development, construction documentation, tendering, construction and close-out phases of the project. They are to ensure that all aspects of the project are handled by qualified professionals including but not limited to interior designers, architects, structural engineers and MEP systems engineers/consultants. This prequalification process aims to identify contractors with the expertise, experience, and resources to successfully manage these phases
