Description

The City of Medicine Hat, through the City Clerk’s Office, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive software solution for the intake, management, and processing of Access to Information and Privacy Protection requests (formerly referred to as FOIP). The selected solution will simplify how requests are submitted by citizens, routed to the correct business units, and tracked through to completion, while meeting all legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional four (4) years.
