Description

Replace emergency light fixtures and battery packs throughout the building with modern system. The current system has exceeded the typical expected service life and should be replaced with a system that meets current standards. This system will likely incorporate more dual-headed fixtures, additional battery-packs/emergency fixtures and provide better emergency lighting coverage (due to similar lighting output but more efficient fixtures). Emergency lighting levels and areas of illumination shall comply with the latest National Building code. Consultant is required to do after hours testing for light levels. The SSC space on the 2nd floor is to be excluded, the remainder of the floor will need to be reviewed by the consultant.
