Description

SOW includes but not limited to:

• ECCC Mail Room – Install two new fan coil units on the 1st floor, mailroom, to enhance the heating and cooling environment for the occupants. One fan coil unit, complete with the associated ductwork and supply air grilles, will provide conditioned air to the mailroom open office area. The other fan coil will provide air conditioning to the mailroom office.
• Level 3 Room 303 – Replace the existing fan coil unit with a new fan coil unit on the 3rd floor office, room 303, to improve the environment comfort for the occupants.
