Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to qualified Consultants to provide services for creating an Enterprise-wide Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) technology application strategy, preparing a budget presentation for City Council, and assisting with the development and evaluation of an RFP if one is issued

The City seeks a qualified consulting team to collaborate with its Asset Management Steering Committee and other stakeholders. The consultants will hold bi-weekly meetings, manage agendas and minutes, and conduct an organizational assessment of current processes and technology. Deliverables include developing a strategy and project plan for enterprise-wide Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), presenting a budget to Council, and assisting with an RFP for technology selection. Recommendations for additional resources to support EAM/CMMS implementation and sustainability are also required.
