Description

Conduct an investigation and provide a study report identifying recommendations to further enhance the base building security system. The recommendation is to address the building access points / entrances (hold open/forced open monitoring), critical infrastructure rooms, building roof access, key management, removable hinge pins dead latch locking systems etc. Recommendations should also incorporate a 24/7 alarm monitoring system for base building rooms. All recommendations are to have focus addressing the growing security concerns at the sites. Additional camera locations are to be identified utilizing the current technology in place. All cameras must support a two-way audio, allowing operators to view live footage and communicate directly with individuals on-site. Due to monitoring activities, it must be noted that bilingual signage is required and clearly posted informing individuals of active video and audio monitoring is taking place in compliance with FIP standards.
