- RELOCATE MAIN ENTRANCE. PATCH AND MAKE GOOD OLD ENTRANCE. SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW DUTCH DOOR AND HARDWARE.
- REMOVE ENCLOSED OFFICE AA230. RE-USE EXISTING DOOR AND HARDWARE AND INSTALL FOR OFFICE AA248.
- EXISTING MILLWORK TO BE REMOVED FROM ROOM AA248. WALL, FLOOR TO BE PATCHED AND MADE GOOD.
- SUPPLY AND INSTALL MILLWORK TO CREATE A "DRY KITCHEN"
- PATCH, PAINT AND MAKE GOOD THROUGHOUT
- SUPPLY AND INSTALL WALL MURALS AS SPECIFIED.
- MODIFY PLACEMENT OF EXIT SIGNS
- REAPIR AND MAKE GOOD SUSPENDED CEILING/DRYWALL AS REQUIRED.
- INSTALL NEW CARPETING AND MARMOLEUM FLOOR FINISH AS REQUIRED. (SUPPLIED)
ELECTRICAL
- SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW ELECTRICAL TO SUPPORT NEW WORKSTATION LAYOUT, AND NEW MILLWORK
- RELOCATE/MODIFY ELECTRICAL AS REQUIRED (INLCUDING CARD SWIPES ETC.)
- RELOCATE AND MODIFY CEILING TILES TO MATCH EXISTING AS REQUIRED.
SECURITY
- RELOCATE EXISTING CARD ACCESS READERS TO ACCOMMODATE NEWLY RELOCATED ENTRANCE.

Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the 284 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0H8
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
All attendees will need valid ID.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
