Description

Prime Consulting Services for a roof replacement project involving five (5) buildings - NE23, NE24, NE28, NW1 and SE4 on BCIT Burnaby Campus. The project involves the replacement of the existing roof assemblies, which are nearing the end of their service life with several repairs noted. BCIT will consider alternative roof replacement options that do not necessarily match the existing conditions as presented in the design process. The new roofs shall meet the requirements outlined in the current adopted edition of RCABC and qualify for a ten (10) year RCABC warranty. Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted on August 6,2025, please send your confirmation of attendance to procurement@bcit.ca two (2) business date before the site visit date.
