Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Natural Gas Retail Services Agreement 2025, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is an urban municipality of approximately 72,000 residents located immediately adjacent to the northwest border of the City of Edmonton. St. Albert is primarily a residential community with a mixture of both old and newer areas, as well as two light industrial parks, commercial areas, and numerous recreational parks.  The City operates numerous facilities of variety of sizes; from ice rink and clubhouses to St. Albert Place and Servus Credit Union Place multisport facility.
