Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is looking for qualified and experienced service providers to deliver janitorial, snow and ice control (“SNIC”), power sweeping, landscaping, and other related services for the transitway bus lanes, stations and associated infrastructure. The Preferred Proponent is responsible for providing all labour, equipment, material, supplies and other necessary resources to deliver the services specified in this RFP. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement(s) will be for an initial Term of two (2) yeas. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time, not to exceed a total maximum of six (6) years.
