Description

This is a REVISED advance notice of a single anticipated project procurement solicitation to select a proponent to join Strathcona County’s (the “County”) Integrated Project Delivery Team (the “IPD Team”) to design and construct a new Fire Station 7 located in Strathcona County (the “Project”). This REVISED notice is intended to provide interested prospective proponents in the disciplines of architecture, general contractor, structural, mechanical, and electrical an opportunity to prepare for the County’s anticipated procurement to select an IPD Team composed of members from each of these disciplines. Note that there is no guarantee that this Project or the anticipated procurement will proceed as planned and the timelines for the Project are not finalized and are subject to change.
