NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS AND TRADES

will be received by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 p.m.) local time on Thursday, August 7th, 2025 through Bonfire .

If you wish to attend the closing via MS Teams, please send an email to Deborah Gomersall at cpo@surreyschools.ca not later than Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 and asked to be included in the closing invitation.

The project is the construction of a three-storey addition at Tamanawis Secondary, located at 12600 66 Avenue, Surrey, BC . The scope of work generally includes but is not limited to: partial demolition and limited internal renovations of the existing Tamanawis Secondary school, miscellaneous on-site and off-site civil and landscape works, construction of the new three-storey concrete and steel frame addition.

Bid Documents have been made available to prequalified General Contractors. The following General Contractors have been prequalified by the School District:

DGS Construction Company
Double V Construction Ltd.
Kinetic Construction
Olivit Construction Ltd
Pro-Can Construction Group
Ventana Construction Group

Bid Documents are available for review at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Plan Room.

The deadline for questions is Thursday, July 24th, 2025.

All inquiries shall be directed to General Contractors, who in turn will enter questions in Bonfire.
