Suite 501: Upgrade walls outlined in red on attached floorplan to perimeter walls. The walls will need to be drywall with plenum barrier for increased sound attenuation. The wall highlighted in yellow requires wire mesh. Both doors and door frames need to be upgraded to metal frames and hollow-core metal or solid wood doors.
Suite 514: Add a wall with door and large glass sidelight to room 527 (indicated with a red line on the attached floorplan.) Add a door with vision panel to highlighted area on attached floorplan.

Project must be substantially completed by March 13, 2026
