Description

Tenders will be received up to 2:00pm local time, on July 10, 2025, hereinafter referred to as the Tender Closing

The project is located in Windsor, Nova Scotia. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

• New approximately 10,500 square foot pre engineered metal building with:
o Three (3) pull through automotive bays,
o One (1) pull through wash bay,
o Associated office and support spaces,
o Site Grading and drainage,
o New asphalt aprons and drives, and
o All associated utilities and services.

Items excluded from the work include but are not limited to, the following items:
• Future 10 tonne bridge crane.
• Relocation of existing vehicle lift into the new building.
• Relocation of an existing exterior pavilion (by Owner prior to construction)
• New gravel parking lot (by Owner prior to construction)

A non mandatory site visit will be held June 26th, at 9 am AST. In addition to the site visit, tenderers are encouraged to go to the site to review existing conditions with an emphasis on existing electrical service locations as both temporary and permanent power will need to be supplied by the successful tenderer. It is highly recommended that any subcontractors interested in bidding also attend with the tenderer.
