Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for implementation of the expansion of BCEHS CW Stn 283, located at BC Women’s & Children’s Hospital. The renovations will take place in the adjacent spaces (Rooms S214 and S240A) and will connect to the existing footprint of BCEHS Stn 283 (Room S224), providing better accommodation for offsite team members. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: construction of two quiet rooms, construction of two offices, lighting and HVAC upgrades in the areas being added to Station 283 as well as in the existing area, and relocation of the lockers. Construction is targeted to be completed in October, with readiness for takeover in early November.


A mandatory site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:
