Notice is hereby given that the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (“BCLC”) intends to direct award a contract to T. Manson & Associates Ltd. operating as Industrial Technology Centre (ITC) for Lottery Ticket Testing Services to evaluate the level of security of Scratch and Win Tickets against compromise, as required by the Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch (GPEB).
