Description

The City of North Vancouver (CNV) is requesting responses to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) supply and delivery of two (2) new Backhoe Loaders, with an option for one (1) additional Backhoe Loader depending on budgetary availability.

CNV prefers electronic submission of responses. Submissions should be in the form of a single pdf file. Maximum file size is 20MB. Should submission exceed 20MB multiple email submissions can be sent.

Submissions are to be sent by email to purchasing@cnv.org

• In the “Competition Title” field enter: Backhoe Loaders
• Attach the file in .pdf format and Send (ensure you receive an email confirmation)
• 
  Submissions shall be deemed to be successfully received when displayed as new email in the in-box of CNV email address. CNV will not be liable for any delay for any reason including technological delays, or issues by either party’s network or email program, and CNV will not be liable for any damages associated with Submissions not received.
  
  If there is no ability to submit electronically a paper copy of the response may be submitted, on or before the closing time to: Sabine Zander, Purchasing Manager, CNV, 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1H9.
