Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Health Services, require services from Physiotherapists for offenders at Beaver Creek Institution.
Objectives: To meet CSC’s mandate to implement primary health care and essential health services at all stages of a patient’s sentence in particular the provision of physiotherapy as
outlined in the statement of work.
Deliverables: To provide quality physiotherapy to the offender population in accordance with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario professional practice standards and related guidelines, at
Beaver Creek Institution in the Ontario Region by attending to offenders’ physiotherapy needs in accordance with consultation referrals from the institutional physician and Nurse
Practitioner.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Contract award to June 30th, 2028
