Description

The scope work includes surface conditioning of gravel roads, involving the repair of soft yielding areas. The work includes subgrade preparation and stabilization using materials such as crushed gravel, geotextiles, geo-cell and chemical treatments. The materials are to be supplied by the County. The approach to reconditioning and stabilization will be determined on-site, utilizing the expertise of the Contractor in conjunction with the County agents/staff to address the extent and type of repair. This is seen as a collaborative approach in assessing the work.
