Description

The Town currently operates two wastewater treatment lagoon cells, which are essential to managing and treating the community"s wastewater. At present, one of the lagoon cells has accumulated a significant volume of sludge, resulting in diminished efficiency and capacity. This project is intended to degrade and remove the sludge buildup, restore the lagoon cell’s full functionality, and extend its operational lifespan. Successful execution will support the Town’s compliance with regulatory standards and ensure continued excellence in wastewater treatment services.

The Town of Edson invites proposals from qualified contractors offering innovative, effective solutions for sludge degradation. The scope of work includes sludge removal, recommending and implementing appropriate disposal methods, and restoring the site to its original condition, including addressing any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
