Description

BCLC is seeking to establish contracts with two qualified suppliers, one primary and one secondary, to develop engaging and accessible eLearning courses for our organization. These suppliers will work with BCLC"s People Development team to transform raw content provided by BCLC"s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into comprehensive eCourses using SCORM-compliant tools such as Articulate. The courses must adhere to adult learning principles and accessibility best practices, and suppliers should be proficient in using Vyond or equivalents for creating animated and gamified content and capable of editing video and sound files.
