Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals for supply and delivery of sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, gym shorts, moisture-wicking shirts for the Calgary Fire Department. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, four(4) times for two(2) years each time. The potential total term length is nine(9) years.
