Description

The Board of Education of School District No. 38 (Richmond) invites Proposals for a roofing contractors(s) for the provision of professional services, working collaboratively with the District in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFT, for the roofing renewals for Sea Island Elementary, Steveston-London Secondary, Tomekichi Homma Elementary and McKay Elementary. All sites will be evaluated and awarded separately.

The work will commence immediately with the construction completion date of August 31, 2025.
